This site (Pass FE Exam) and each course on it are owned and operated by DataPig LLC. By accessing or using them, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
Study aid only. Every course here is an independent exam-preparation tool, provided for educational purposes only. It is not professional advice, and using it does not guarantee any examination result or outcome.
No affiliation. DataPig LLC is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by NCEES or any state licensing board. Per-course disclosures:
- Fundamentals of Engineering — Civil: Built to the NCEES FE Civil exam specifications (searchable electronic FE Reference Handbook edition; NCEES computer-based testing at Pearson VUE, year-round), verified 2026-07-12. The exam is 110 questions in a 6-hour appointment (2-minute NDA + 8-minute tutorial + 5h20m exam + one optional 25-minute break), closed book with the electronic FE Reference Handbook as the only reference, SI and USCS units both live, across fourteen knowledge areas at official question ranges. Scoring is PASS/FAIL and criterion-referenced: a standard-setting panel of licensed engineers fixes the minimum-competency cut per form, the raw score needed shifts with form difficulty, and NCEES reports no numeric score — there is NO percent-correct cut ('70%' is folklore). This app is a drill layer, not the NCEES exam, not an EAC/ABET program, and not the licensure/EIT route. Original analogous practice items; no NCEES exam content is reproduced. FE and NCEES are marks of the National Council of Examiners for Engineering and Surveying; not affiliated with or endorsed by NCEES.
- Fundamentals of Surveying: Built around the NCEES FS exam specifications effective July 2020, consulted October 5, 2026. The exam has 110 questions in a six-hour appointment that includes a tutorial and optional break, uses SI and USCS units, and is closed book with an electronic reference. Boundary-law questions number 19–29; survey-computation questions number 17–26. These are question counts, not percentages. Scoring is criterion-referenced PASS/FAIL with no fixed passing percentage. This course covers national FS knowledge practice; state boards govern eligibility and licensure, and the later PS exam is outside this course. Original practice items; no NCEES exam content reproduced. FS and NCEES are NCEES marks; this course is not affiliated with or endorsed by NCEES.
Intellectual property. The site, its design, original content, audio, and software are © 2026 DataPig LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. All practice items are original study material; no proctored exam content is reproduced. You may use the site for your personal, non-commercial exam preparation only.
Payments & refunds. Each course is a separate one-time purchase, not a subscription — you are billed once per course and never auto-renewed. Purchasing one course grants access to that course only. If you are not satisfied, you get a full refund within 24 hours of purchase — a person issues it through Stripe within one business day of your request. Request it in-app (Help → Request a refund) or email support@passfeexam.com. When a refund is issued, paid access to that course ends. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.
Provided “as is.” The site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, DataPig LLC disclaims all warranties and is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the site.
Changes. DataPig LLC may update these Terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
